Studio Policy

Booking and Cancellation

Sessions may be booked via phone, text, email, or private message on social media. A minimum of 2 hours is required, and bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Your legal first and last names as well as phone number and email address are required to complete booking.

24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule. Failure to give proper notice of either will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required for future booking. Continuous failure to give proper notice of cancellation or reschedule will require you to pay in full for any sessions thereafter.


To secure your desired time slot, a deposit of 50% of the total price (greater of the two) is required. 1-Hour sessions are required to PAY IN FULL. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. (In the event of a cancellation or reschedule, the deposit may be credited toward a future session.) If your deposit is not received within 24 hours of your session time, your time may be postponed to accommodate another client who has paid his/her deposit.

Billing and Payment

Time is billed in 1/2 hour increments. We do not offer prorating.

Cash, Credit / Debit Card, CashApp, PayPal, Certified Check, or a Verified Personal Check are acceptable forms of payment. All works completed during the session will NOT be released to the client until payment is made in full. If client is not able to render payment by the end of the session, all works shall remain in the custody of Rich Productions, LLC until full payment has been made.


The session begins at the scheduled start time. If you arrive early and the studio can accommodate, the session clock will begin at the early start time. You will not receive additional time for arriving early. If you are late for any reason, additional time will NOT be given to accommodate tardiness.We assume no liability for delays or charges caused by failure of client’s equipment during a session. Please note that preparation of MP3, WAV, and/or CD files is included within your studio time. Plan accordingly!

We guarantee quality sound, but the overall performance of the song is the responsibility of the client. Unless prior arrangement and payment is made, the engineer is not responsible for coaching and is not obligated to give creative input.

Storage of your project on Rich Productions computers and hard drives is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for maintaining your files, so we recommend you bring your own hard drive to store your songs and/or sessions. Rich Productions is not responsible for loss of property due to theft, fire, act(s) of God, or any other unnamed occurrence. Rich Productions respects the security and privacy of the Client’s artistic work and will not release or otherwise distribute any of the client’s material without the express consent of the Client.

Food and drinks are allowed but must be kept at a distance from the recording equipment and computer, and all trash must be disposed of. If you wish to smoke, you may do so outside the building.

We Reserve the Right to:

  • Cancel your session, and return your deposit, if we believe you are infringing on the copyrighted material of others. 
  • Deny access to our premises and equipment to those who are clearly under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Refuse to work with anyone for any reason.
